Ametsa with Arzak Instruction have created a unique take on afternoon tea, adding their trademark flair to the classic British experience. Drawing on the principles of Basque cuisine, the traditional afternoon tea staples have been replaced by a range of savoury tapas and a series of stunningly presented desserts, all joined by a chilled glass of Spanish cava or a choice of TK teas. Served in the recently updated Halkin bar and lounge, the Ametsa afternoon tea is a unique and indulgent experience in a chic and contemporary setting.
