An informal and relaxed restaurant situated on the mezzanine level of London's definitive contemporary hotel, One Aldwych. Overlooking the bustling Lobby Bar, Indigo offers diners a creative and ever changing Modern European menu with attentive yet unobtrusive service. Indigo showcases innovative and thoughtful food, courtesy of Executive Chef Dominic Teague. The exciting new menu focuses on seasonal ingredients, carefully sourced from the British Isles. Start with the pepper crusted yellowfin tuna or the hand-dived Orkney scallops before enjoying one of the main courses including halibut roasted on the bone with wilted little gem and salsa verde or a 35 day aged rib eye steak. Finish with one of our signature desserts including the popular classic crème brûlée and bitter chocolate tart with pistachio anglaise. With its Covent Garden location, the restaurant is ideal for a bite to eat before or after the theatre and offers a regularly changing seasonal menu. At the weekend, Indigo becomes a brunch hotspot with a fabulous menu of brunch classics.
