This Nottingham branch of the Chino Latino group is as self-assured and glamorous as its siblings in London and Leeds. Comprising a cosmopolitan pan-Asian restaurant and an energetic Latino bar, this is a laid-back little eatery 5 minutes from the Castle in the centre of town. The inventive menu covers most Oriental bases, with sushi, dim sum and tempura featuring alongside dishes such as Chilean sea bass and Korean hot pepper lamb. To sample Chino Latino in all its glory, the Sirloin steak on hot rocks is a must, or maybe the black cod in spicy miso.
